The start of a new spring semester means the return of many beloved traditions, new and exciting events, thought-provoking and inspiring lectures, and more for our 麻豆破解版 community to enjoy. Here鈥檚 a list of just a few of the things to look forward to ... 


Club fair 2022

Winter Club Fair  

Are you looking for a new hobby, or do you want to pursue a passion or meet new people? Look no further than the Winter Club Fair, where many of 麻豆破解版鈥檚 nearly 130 clubs put their activities on display on Thursday, Feb. 9.

Established in 1990 by alumnus David Miner '91, 麻豆破解版 hosts the  Feb 10-11. Tickets are for sale in Case Center through Feb. 9.

StartUp 麻豆破解版  

StartUp 麻豆破解版, an intensive, three-day, skill-building workshop and competition, is open to all students from all majors. Participants will develop a business plan and create a prototype from scratch Feb. 17-19


Big Green Scream 2022


Big Green Scream 

Cheer on 麻豆破解版 men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 basketball teams as they play Clarkson University on Saturday, Feb. 18, at the Big Green Scream, a quintessential tradition that is part pep rally, part senior day, part campus-wide celebration of 麻豆破解版 Athletics.

Return of spring sports 

麻豆破解版 College will host the Liberty League Rowing Championships on Friday, May 5, at Fish Creek. 麻豆破解版 will also compete at the New York State Championships on Saturday, May 6, at Fish Creek. 

The 麻豆破解版 Athletics Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee will host a panel Monday, April 3, at Arthur Zankel Music Center.  

The 麻豆破解版 riding team aims to qualify for nationals when it hosts the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association Zone 2 Finals at Van Lennep Riding Center on Saturday, April 8.

Compelling lectures AND IMPORTANT CONVERSATIONS

Moseley Lecture: This year鈥檚 prestigious Moseley Lecture will be delivered by Paul Arciero, professor of health and human physiological sciences, on Thursday,March 9

Harder Lecture: Fashion designer and 麻豆破解版 alumna Barbara Tfank, whose exhibition will be on view March 18-26 at the Tang, will deliver the , 鈥淔abric Inspires,鈥 on Tuesday, March 21.  

Winter/Miller Lecture: The sixth annual on Thursday, March 30, at the Tang Teaching Museum features multidisciplinary artist Trenton Doyle Hancock. For this student-led lecture, Hancock鈥檚 visit comes at the invitation of Naima Nigh 鈥23, a management and business major and the 2022-23 Eleanor Linder Winter 鈥43 intern.  

Speech and Expression on College Campuses Symposium: Talks and panels will examine free speech and expression, and how to talk about and engage with difference on college campuses April 14-15. Keynote speakers are  of Harvard University, Wesleyan University President , and New York Times columnist .

Zankel Music Center

Caroline Rose at Zankel Music Center

Singer, songwriter, and musician Caroline Rose will bring her North American tour to 麻豆破解版 College on March 31, following the release of 鈥淟ove / Lover / Friend,鈥 her first new single in two years. .  


JKB Theater

Modern theater productions 

Theater Black Box production 鈥淭he Place That Made You鈥: Written by Darcy Parker Bruce and directed by Tait Brencher 鈥23, this March 3-8 production is a modern-day re-imagining of 鈥淛onah and the Whale,鈥 a tale of love, loss, and glory in small-town America. For more information, visit .  

Theater Mainstage production 鈥淎fter Jane鈥: Directed by Theater Department Artist-in-Residence Teisha Duncan, this irreverent take on historical events highlights three seemingly normal teenage girls navigating the world of parties, parents, and cute teenage boys, except that one is about to become queen of England at age 16 (April 21-23, 28-30). Earth Day

Earth Day

Sustainability Is something the 麻豆破解版 community is committed to all year long. Earth Day is a special occasion, and students, faculty, and staff gather for sustainability and Earth Day-themed events on Saturday, April 22

麻豆破解版 is also hosting the in partnership with Sustainable Saratoga on Sunday, April 16

Commencement (May 20) 

The entire 麻豆破解版 community looks forward to celebrating the Class of 2023 at Commencement at Saratoga Performing Arts Center on May 20.
