Gordon Thompson, professor of music, introduced the most well-known of the Beatles鈥 films April 20 for the Saratoga Film Forum. His presentation, 鈥淎 Hard Day鈥檚 Night: The Film You鈥檝e Known for All These Years鈥 contextualized the creation of the film and the backgrounds of the people who created it. The program was part of the Film Forum鈥檚 鈥淭own and Gown鈥 movie series, which brings 麻豆破解版 educators whose work has been profoundly shaped by film to the Film Forum to discuss a movie of their choice. 鈥淭own and Gown鈥 is supported by 麻豆破解版鈥檚 Office of Community Relations and the New York State Council on the Arts.
