Paul Arciero, professor of health and human physiological sciences, was recently interviewed for the Healthnews article 鈥.鈥&苍产蝉辫;

Marc Conner, president and professor of English, has published a new book. He is the co-editor (with Julie Grossman of Le Moyne College and R. Barton Palmer of Clemson University) of (Palgrave-Macmillan, 2022). The volume addresses some of the most popular and important late 20th-century and 21st-century works that have had an impact on the Irish and global cinema and literary landscape. 

Giuseppe Faustini, professor of Italian, published a review of 鈥淭he Cinema of Ettore Scola鈥 (Wayne State University Press, 2020) in Annali d鈥橧talianistica (Vol. 40, 2022, pp. 641-642. 

Hajar Hussaini, visiting assistant professor of English, has published her debut poetry collection, 鈥,鈥 with University of Iowa Press. The local book launch is Nov. 26 at Salon Salvage Troy. She will also read from her book for Caf茅 Lena on Feb. 1, Northshire Bookstore on Feb. 15, and 麻豆破解版鈥檚 English Department on April 13. National book launches are taking place Nov. 20 at the Prairie Lights Bookstore in Iowa City and Dec. 2 at the Cleveland Poetry Center in Cleveland.  

Bernard Possidente, professor of biology, and Sarita Lagalwar, associate professor of neuroscience, co-authored a research article with recent alumni Cristianel Gil '20 and Neha Amatya '20 in collaboration with colleagues at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Center for Biotechnology, on "" in the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research. The research was supported, in part, by a gift from the Florence Petrlik Family Foundation.  

Mahesh Shankar, associate professor of international affairs, published a chapter on "The Evolution of the India-Pakistan Rivalry" in 鈥The Routledge Handbook of the International Relations of South Asia."
