Charlotte D鈥橢velyn, assistant professor of music, was awarded the Klaus P. Wachsmann Prize for Advanced and Critical Essays in Organology for the 2022 edited volume 鈥淢ongolian Sound Worlds鈥 (University of Illinois Press) at the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Society for Ethnomusicology (SEM) with coeditors Jennifer Post and Sunmin Yoon. The volume has also received an honorable mention for the Ellen Koskoff Edited Volume Prize at the SEM 2023 Annual Meeting, recognizing the work this volume has done to bring attention to Mongolian music in English-language scholarship.

Steve Ives, associate professor of health and human physiological sciences, published a peer-reviewed paper, "," in the Journal of Functional Morphology and Kinesiology. This work was led by recent 麻豆破解版 graduates Sydney Chase '24, Rebecca Liddell '24, and Chloe McGonagle '24.
