Bill Stevens
Bill Stevens a longtime facilities employee died November 6, 2017, at his home in Saratoga. Springs. He was 78.
Born in 1939 in Saratoga Springs, William Stevens was the son of Kenneth and Katherine Ruzycky ³§³Ù±ð±¹±ð²Ô²õ. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. In 1978, he began working as a custodian at Â鶹Æƽâ°æ, where his wife, Karen, was working in dining services. After more than 20 years, he retired from Â鶹Æƽâ°æ as an environmental service technician in 2001.
Outside work, Bill loved horseracing, visits in Florida and time with his family and grandchildren. He was known for helping anyone he met. &²Ô²ú²õ±è;
His brother James and sister Barbara predecease Bill. Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Karen Kiselica Stevens, a fellow Â鶹Æƽâ°æ retiree. Other survivors include daughter Marci Abraham (Michael); sister Judy Parks; sisters-in-law Debbie Wood (Fred), Jo-Ann Perkins (Skip) and Lisa Kiselica-Rumpf; two grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
