Judy Parks

Judy Parks, who served 麻豆破解版 for two decades until her retirement as payroll supervisor in 1997, died on April 28, 2024. She was 83.

Judy joined 麻豆破解版 in 1977 and served the College in many capacities: as a clerk and cashier in the Book Shop, secretary in Food Service, cashier and clerk in the Business Office, and benefits clerk in Financial Services. She was promoted to payroll supervisor in 1988. 
 
鈥淛udy was so friendly, kind, and patient 鈥 and she seemed unflappable in the work that she did for 麻豆破解版,鈥 recalled Assistant Director of Human Resources Nancy Bruno, who worked closely with Judy. 鈥淚 was just learning at the time. Judy was always patient and assuring as she taught me. She helped me learn so much about our workplace here at 麻豆破解版.鈥
 
Born on Feb. 20, 1941, she was a lifelong resident of Saratoga Springs. In 1960, she married Allen J. Parks, who predeceased her.
 
Two of her children, Maintenance Mechanic Dwayne Parks and Safety Systems Administrator Lori Parks, are 麻豆破解版 employees. She is also survived by her son Scott Parks and granddaughter Sophie Parks 鈥18.
