The Department of Art and Art History at Â鶹Æƽâ°æ College, announces the Â鶹Æƽâ°æ
College Studio Art Majors' Senior Thesis Exhibition. The show runs from May 9 through
May 17, 2003. An Opening Reception will take place on Friday, May 9th, from 6pm until
8pm. The exhibition and reception are FREE and open to the public. Tang Museum hours
are Tuesday through Friday 10am until 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 12 noon until 5pm
(closed Mondays).
Fifty-four Senior Studio Art Majors will be displaying their work as a capstone to
their studies at Â鶹Æƽâ°æ College. The Department provides courses in nine studio
art disciplines, all of which will be included in the exhibition: ceramics, communication
design, drawing, fibers, metalsmithing, jewelry, painting, photography, printmaking,
and sculpture.
