Nathalie Miebach Biography
Nathalie Miebach holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Political Science from Oberlin College, OH, and both a Master of Art Education and Master of Fine Arts from Massachusetts College of Art, MA. She is the recipient of the International Sculpture 2006 Outstanding Student Award, a LEF grant, two year fellowship at the Fine Arts Work Center, a Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts Residency in Omaha, NE, and the Berwick Research Institute Residency in Boston, MA. She is currently the Artist in Residence at Amherst College in Amherst, MA. Her work has been shown nationally and has been reviewed in Art In America and Sculpture Magazine.
Current and upcoming show highlights include the Spencer Art Museum (Kansas City, KA), Museum of Science (Boston, MA), Amherst College (Amherst, MA), Reeves Contemporary Gallery (New York, NY), Â鶹Æƽâ°æ College (Saratoga, NY), and the Fuller Craft Museum (Brockton, MA). She is represented by the Nielsen Gallery in Boston, MA and the Reeves Contemporary Gallery in New York City, NY.
