Health Services is partnering with Adirondack Health and Wellness to offer updated COVID-19 vaccines and flu shots from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.on Friday, Nov. 10, in Falstaff's. Staff and faculty meetings
The November staff and faculty meetings will take place this Friday, Nov. 3. The staff meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m., and the faculty meeting will be held at 3:30 p.m. Additional details will be shared by email.
First-Generation Celebration reception
All 鶹ƽ students, faculty, staff, and alumni are invited to celebrate 鶹ƽ’s first-generation students on national First-Generation College Celebration Day at a reception from 5 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 8, in the Glotzbach Atrium of the Billie Tisch Center for Integrated Sciences. The program, which is sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs, will feature a photo booth, food, activities, and first-generation alumni speaker Altagracia Montilla ’12.
Facilities updates
Facilities Services will be dredging Haupt Pond through mid-November, limiting accessibility. Construction of a new ADA-compliant sidewalk between Barrett Center and Wait Hall is scheduled for the first week of November. Pedestrian traffic will be redirected during this process.
Kanatsiohareke 30th anniversary celebration
The anniversary celebrates 30 years since the community of Kanatsiohareke was reestablished in New York’s Mohawk Valley, the traditional homeland of the Kanienkeha:ka, and will take place from 2 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, in Arthur Zankel Music Center.
