In these two 2-hour interactive workshops, participants become more energized, aware, and confident in their ability to build more inclusion at work by learning and applying the Six C’s of Inclusive Leadership (Collaboration, Cognizance, Curiosity, Cultural Competence, Courage, and Commitment) as developed by Deloitte Australia.

Biographies
J. Russell Fuggett, PMP (he/him), a bridge builder who excels at building consensus and organizing teams that make an impact. By leading with a listen, he fosters an environment of inclusive collaboration and community that makes a difference in people’s lives. Russell was co-founder of Fugett Baseball Group: a private equity firm seeking to acquire assets in affiliated minor league baseball (MiLB). He was founder of a software company and a certified Maryland Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) consulting firm.Coming full circle as a 5th generation Black American entrepreneur, Russellis founder and chief encouragement officer at Jumla Network: a strategic consultancy and knowledge network focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
A gifted communicator, Russell is the author of Patience Perseverance Prayer: A Devotional for Entrepreneurs and host of the Leadership, Legacy, and Love podcast. He holds a B.A. from Trinity College, Hartford, CT, an M.S. in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business in Washington, DC and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Belle Linda Halpern, Inspiring Educators Founder, is also Ariel Group Co-Founder and Co-author of Leadership Presence: Dramatic Techniques to Reach Out, Motivate, and Inspire, published by Penguin/Putnam. She has been featured in the New York Times, Fast Company, the Boston Globe, Harvard Management Communication Letter, and on CNBC. Belle has developed and delivered programs for leaders in the US, Europe, and Asia for the past 25 years.
Belle has designed an innovative methodology for teaching singing to non-singers and has worked with students at Harvard University, Longy School of Music, and the Roy Hart Theatre in France. Combining her singing talent with her work in leadership, she has delivered combination cabaret/lectures on leadership at the annual meetings for organizations such as INSEAD, Instructional Services Association, Johnson & Johnson, Capital One, and Ericsson.
A Harvard University graduate, Belle lives near Boston with her husband, Mitch, and two children.
