Know that in future years if your family's circumstances remain relatively unchanged, and your aid application meets our priority returning student fnancial aid deadlines, you will receive a similar aid package. If you have any questions at all, please contact us.

Next Steps for Enrolling Students

If you are receiving Â鶹Æƽâ°æ aid, that means you’ve already successfully completed the CSS Profile (due Nov. 8 for ED I and Jan. 15 for ED II and RD).

After you enroll, your full financial aid application (including steps to apply for loans) must be complete by May 23, 2025.  

  • Step 1: Enroll. You can find instructions for doing so in your Admissions Portal.  
  • Step 2: Once you have enrolled, you will be invited via email to set up your Â鶹Æƽâ°æ Student System where you will be able to review the status of your financial aid documents. After May 1, you will be able to accept, decline, or reduce the amount of loans you've been awarded.
  • Step 3: Complete your Financial Aid application, including the FAFSA. Instructions will be in your Â鶹Æƽâ°æ Student Account  
  • Step 4: Upload Financial Aid Documents (as needed). Instructions will be in your Â鶹Æƽâ°æ Student Account and can be completed over the summer, before your first bill is due in August. More information regarding work-study will also be sent over the summer.  

Annual Steps for Current Students

To continue receiving aid, you must complete a financial aid application, annually. You must also meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) for federal and state awards. 

The deadline for current students is January 25, 2026.

  • Step 2: US Citizens and US Permanent Reisdents should to be considered for Federal grants, loans and work-study.

*Opportunity Program students who are US citizens or eligible non-citizens do not need to complete the CSS Profile.
