Welcome to the Financial Aid Office
Did you know that Â鶹Æƽâ°æ annually gives nearly $70 million in financial aid, with 99% awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need? And that more than half of our students receive need-based grants?
Â鶹Æƽâ°æ's Financial Aid Office is here to help you plan for and navigate the financial aid application process, from the start of your college search through graduation. We're eager to partner with you and your family to ensure Â鶹Æƽâ°æ is a smart and rewarding investment in your future.
Federal Student Aid
There may be some confusion among Â鶹Æƽâ°æ students currently receiving Federal Financial
Aid, including Federal Pell Grants, Federal Loan funds and Federal Work Study funds.
We understand, based on current representations by the Department of Education, that
the recent Executive Order regarding federal funding does not apply to federal loans,
grants and work study funds awarded to individual students.
We are closely monitoring this situation and will provide any updates that affect
our students as soon as we receive them. If you have questions or concerns about your
financial aid, we’re here to help. Please contact us at 518-580-5750.
Prospective STUDENTS
To be considered for a Â鶹Æƽâ°æ grant, prospective students are asked to complete the College Board's CSS Profile. Prospective students do not need to submit a FAFSA application to be considered for a Â鶹Æƽâ°æ grant. The FAFSA is required only to apply for Federal aid and can be completed after you've been accepted and enroll in the college of your choice.
ESTIMATE YOUR AID
These calculators can help you you anticipate your college costs and estimate your eligibility for need-based scholarships. A Â鶹Æƽâ°æ education might be more affordable than you think.
