Davis United World Scholars 20th Anniversary Celebration
The 2024-2025 academic year marks the 20th anniversary of the first Davis United World College Scholars Program students at Â鶹Æƽâ°æ College. On September 21, 2024 – annual UWC Day around the world – we will gather on campus to celebrate this exciting milestone and to welcome the Class of 2028 Davis UWC Scholars to Â鶹Æƽâ°æ.
At the time Â鶹Æƽâ°æ applied to participate in the Davis United World College Scholars Program, fewer than ten international students were studying at Â鶹Æƽâ°æ, and only a few graduates of United World Colleges joined our community.
Today, our family of Davis UWC Scholars is over 50 students strong, and our international student community is a thriving part of campus life. Wherever there is student leadership and impact at Â鶹Æƽâ°æ, that is where our Davis UWC Scholars will be found. Community involvement is a Â鶹Æƽâ°æ-DUWCSP tradition.
