G. Scheduling Rehearsal Time in the Recital Hall
- Nothing should be written in the recital hall schedule book until it has been confirmed with the Concert Manager.
- Students will be allowed use of the recital hall and concert grand piano during the week that they have a recital or competition.
- The length of time of any rehearsal during that week may be no more than a two-hour block, with a maximum of two blocks.
- It is the responsibility of the student, or of the student's teacher (if he or she is present at the rehearsal), or the accompanist (if one is present) to lock and return the piano to the piano closet at the end of the rehearsal.
