Campus Sustainability Guides

There are many ways people can make sustainable changes in their lives. Even making small changes to everyday habits can can have a great impact.

The Environmental Justice Study Guide provides resources, videos, articles, webpages and more, for folks to take a self-guided study of national and local environmental justice issues, such as pipelines, landfills, and pollution.    Our Green Guide is designed to give first years and transfer students an introduction to the sustainability, with an overview of Â鶹Æƽâ°æ's resources and tips for living on- and off-campus.   This Zero Waste Guide details the how-to of organizing and running a low-waste event where most material is recycled or composted.

Your ecological footprint is the amount of land that it takes to produce the resources you consume and absorb the waste you produce. We live on a finite planet with over six billion people. In the long term, our current behavior is clearly unsustainable. Read more about why sustainability matters.
